Payments

  • All payments are made through a secured encrypted connection with Pay Pal© and your receipt on your credit/debit card will be to ELFSTONESLI.
  • All orders will be shipped upon payment confirmation.

Refunds

  • All work is guaranteed. If your piece should break, please return it, with as many pieces as possible, and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note: This does not include damage caused by improper use or handling or third parties.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Requests for repairs must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If your piece breaks, please return it(with as many pieces as possible), and I will repair or replace it free of charge.

Note: I make a conscious effort to use recycled materials as often as possible as well as made in the U.S.A. The booth I use at festivals is 80% recycled, salvaged or second-hand material.
